I create nature focused hand-drawn illustrations using hand-carved bamboo pens that I makes from bamboo growing in my studio garden. My "Inky" illustrations adorn homeware, stationery and gifts which are all made with the highest eco standards here in the UK. My illustrations are hopefully aesthetically enjoyable in their own right, but are created with the underlying reason to make a sense of wonder at the natural world more and more accessible and part of people’s treasured homes. To fall in love with all its wonderful diversity and beauty, and so encourage people to care for it - it’s the best way we can save it, which is increasingly becoming an urgent need.
