How would you describe the work you do and why?: 

The medium I mostly use is oil paint on canvas , board or paper. My main intereset is in local landscape, interpreting the texture and colour, especially during the winter months. I also have an interest in abstract form.

For you what does being an artist mean?: 

Being an artist for me is about problem solving and fulfilment.

Describe what you call yourself/your practice?: 

I have a BA Hons Degree in Fine Art and specialised in painting.

Your practice & activities include e.g workshops, teaching: 

I have been a member of a group called Abstract Edge for over 10 years. We have monthly meetings and arrange exhibitions.
