How would you describe the work you do and why?
I make useable items primarily for myself but also for anyone who wants them in their lives. Having discovered clay in my garden some of my work is 99% from home and this excites me as I now have a strong link with pottery making in the Malvern Hills going back to Roman times.
For you what does being an artist mean?:
This is a way of life, no question. It’s like breathing. You have to do it.
Describe what you call yourself/your practice?:
I am a potter.
