How would you describe the work you do and why?

I use traditional basket making methods from my home studio based on the Gloucestershire/Herefordshire border.

For you what does being an artist mean?:

Creating a totally unique product

I am a traditional basket maker

Your practice & activities include e.g workshops, teaching:

In the past I have offered classes and workshops but now I choose to just make and sell through a select few shows and outlets. My work has been featured in the Country Living Magazine, given as a gift to the late Queen Mother and has also appeared in a few movies.
