How would you describe the work you do and why?:
I use earthenware and slips to produce simple functional ware that gives the pleasure of using hand made objects in everyday life.
For you what does being an artist mean?:
Having time and space to be creative and explore. Having the time to be perfectly present in the moment. It's a joy and a necessity.
Describe what you call yourself/your practice?:
Barland pots. I work with earthenware and slips, mainly functional pottery.

I work on my own in my studio.
