How would you describe the work you do and why?: 

Drawing has always been a favourite medium. Lately I've been combining ink, oil pastel and watercolour to develop my initial drawn studies.

For you what does being an artist mean?: 

It means always looking for anything visually interesting around me and making notes, in words, photos, or sketches. These form the basis for figurative or abstract pictures or prints made in my studio.

Drawing, painting, photography, printmaking

Numerous courses at Hereford College of Art, including life drawing, painting and photography, plus a two-year fine art course.
