How would you describe the work you do and why?:
The work is simple and affordable with a strong utilitarian style
For you what does being an artist mean?:
I look for simplicity combined with utilitarianism. The contrast between glaze and clay , for me, needs to be sharp and clean. The goal is to create a piece which is pleasing to the eye and functional. Something to hold and use. Creativity is at the core expressed both in my pottery and in my other interest teaching yoga.
Describe what you call yourself/your practice?:
I consider myself to be an emerging Potter creating functional tableware
