St Michaels Church Tenbury

Description: 

14 artists and craftspeople come together in this amazing 'mini cathedral' renowned for its organ and music; it was built as chapel for the church music school beside it (now an international school). The lofty gothic style of the church lends itself beautifully to the artworks being displayed. Artists are Kim Davis, woodturning; artists in various media Maggie Davis, John Brookes, Jennifer Chance, Katie Powis, Bobbie Matulja, Andrew Cook; ceramics Garry Jones and Maggie Kingston; glass Becci Meakins of Black Cat Glass Designs; photography Godfrey Pitt; paper marbling Sarah Amatt; fabric Nicola Haigh; felted work Jo McCullough.
Suminagashi paper marbling demonstrations on Saturday 7th, approx.11am & 2pm.
Live music at various times. Refreshments daily and cream teas on Saturday 14th.
We are 2 miles from Tenbury Wells on the A4112. Parking limited at church but available nearby in big layby on main road A4112, down lane opposite and at village hall.
Open 10am-5pm daily.
