Info
How do you describe your Gallery?:
Our gallery is housed in the historic Market House in the centre of Ross-on-Wye. We are open to the public, 7 days a week all year except for Christmas Day and Boxing Day.
Do you specialise in any particular artform or craft?:
We are a cooperative of 14 artists and show an eclectic mixture of work including painting, jewellery, print making, textiles, glasswork, woodcraft and ceramics.
What's important to you when you choose whose work to exhibit and sell?:
We choose artists to join our cooperative who display excellent quality and skill in their field. We have a range of different artists, who’s work complements each other and the gallery. We have one member who oversees the final display of the entire gallery to ensure it is looking fabulous.
What's coming up this year?:
We welcome guest exhibitions into the gallery. We will take part in FarOpen exhibitions and hArt week too.
Your notable exhibitions in the last few years:
The gallery is always evolving as membership changes and artists develop styles and approaches. The gallery has a constant new feel to it.
Last year saw guest exhibitions including Alan Blethyn, Robbie Robertson, Sophie Ridley and Catherine Van Giap
