Describe what you call yourself/your practice?:

Jo draws her inspiration from the natural world around her. Creating intricate ceramic pieces for the home and garden. Her deep fascination with nature is shown in all her work, whether it be in the intricate carving or the little characters emerging from the clay.

Believing the practical can be both beautiful as well as useful, Jo’s diverse one of a kind homeware includes everything from lamp bases, platters, plates, vases, cups, and bowls. Individually carving each piece freehand with a free-flowing design. Alongside the homeware, Jo creates a range of decorative and wearable items. These include little characters in the form of owls, hedgehogs, bumble bees and butterflies.

The garden collection is created to both reflect and complement the natural world as well as promote and encourage nature into our gardens and outdoor spaces. The collection comprises of unique, one-of-a-kind items, such as individually hand-carved bird baths, bee bowls, bird houses, and planters.
