How would you describe your Gallery?:
Being located on the border, we’ve put together a show for Hereford Art Week that celebrates the beauty of the Welsh landscape, encompassing its ever-changing atmosphere and weather. Alongside Barry’s prints, we have specially framed a selection of preliminary working sketches, offering a glimpse into his creative process and presented especially for the event. To introduce a touch of colour, Ian Phillips is exhibiting his wonderful original Welsh wood and lino-cut prints. We have a particular love for unique ceramics and will be exhibiting over 10 different makers, carefully selected for their originality, character and beauty. For jewellery, we have a wonderful array of pieces by talented makers including Brian Eburah, Barry & Sally Milburn, Leoma Drew, Mizuki Takahashi, Hannah Hardill-Jones and Cara Tonkin.
Do you specialise in any particular artform or craft?:
We show a wide selection of Barry Martin-Andrews atmospheric artwork, from original paintings and fine art prints to sketches and art cards. The gallery also showcases a curated selection of artists and makers. We specialise in pottery, from stoneware to porcelain, with a special love for raku—jewellery crafted from dichroic glass, titanium, niobium, silver, gold and enamel, and woodturning that blends traditional skill with contemporary design.

What's coming up this year?:
Special for Art Week, we have visited Ian Phillips studio in Towyn to collect a stunning selection of his original wood and lino cut landscapes. Moving forward to Christmas and into the New Year, we will be exhibiting a selection of framed limited edition prints by Chris Neale
