How would you describe the work you do and why?
I design & create paintings that depict stylised versions of our beautiful wildlife, rabbits, mice, hares, badgers etc... I really enjoy it, always have. The process of making a design as well as the actual painting itself, it's like a puzzle that needs to be solved.
For you what does being an artist mean?:
Being an artist is hard work, you have to be a Jack of all trades. The best parts of being an artist for me, are the actual painting, it can be very calming and I love when someone falls in love with one of my pieces... such a fabulous feeling!
