Come and see Gaucho Ninja's leather shoe making workshop in action, in rural Herefordshire. Gaucho Ninja specialises in bespoke barefoot shoes, made completely by hand, using traditional techniques. We only use veg tan leathers, with no heavy chemicals used in the processing or manufacturing of the leather, sourced from renowned tanneries. We support a range of ethical, sustainable British suppliers and only use the best materials available. We also run a martial arts club twice a week in the Dojo which is attached to the workshop.
