TAKE 4 prides itself by being a welcoming haven for visitors where one can enjoy discussing art (amongst other things !) and rolling exhibitions which take place throughout the year.
Though the gallery is small,we enjoy combining a mix of 2D and 3D works that use a generic title from which to work from. Our very popular Meet the Maker event that takes place each Saturday has become a mainstay and a go to for art lovers. Makers demonstrate their method and craft as well as giving an insight as to what inspires them in their particular field.
MYRIAD - The artists included in this years exhibition are: Humphrey Stanley, a local renowned artist who specialises in more detailed work inspired by nature, Caroline Bousfield an excellent Ledbury based ceramicist and Tessa Tyldesley, our delightful jeweller who marries beautiful semi precious stones with silver. Alongside we have Victoria Harrison’s stunning mosaics and Rachel Higgins intricate wire sculptures. Joining them is textile artist Cheryl Hewitt (who works and curates at TAKE 4) and painter and artist in residence Caroline Green.
During h Art TAKE 4 will be hosting daily demonstrations.
