The Makers Mezzanine

Description:

This hidden gem has been growing in popularity - come and discover the quirky gallery and its fantastic exhibition from 18 very talented member and guest exhibitors, plus demonstrations and workshops (please keep checking back as more events will be added).

The Curator, Emma Bevan, is keen to showcase emerging and established Makers, who create their work in both traditional and contemporary styles.
The regular and guest members are made up of Makers from both sides of the border, some of whom run regular workshops in the Studio throughout the year.

The Makers are very welcoming, keen to share stories and skills with all visitors, and you will find at least two members happy to show you around each day of the art trail.
You can watch demonstrations, take part in drop-in workshops, and explore the diverse range of art and craft in the upstairs gallery, the pop-up exhibition wall downstairs, and outdoors in the car park.

Ranging from sculpture to textiles, paintings to poetry, there will be gifts, greetings cards and collectors' pieces available to treasure.

The Cafe and Farm Shop, run by Miller & James, will be open every day for treats and lunches.
