How do you describe your Gallery?:
An informal gallery which runs alongside a busy cafe. The gallery showcases many talented local artists who specialise in woodwork, ceramics, leather, jewellery, metal and 2D.
Do you specialise in any particular artform or craft?:
No. Although our Resident Artist Ed Elliott (on site Sculpture Studio) has a large following and makes almost all of his work at the Trumpet, so we regularly have some of his pieces on display.
What's important to you when you choose whose work to exhibit and sell?:
We pride ourselves on local. It's part of the ethos at Trumpet Corner. We prefer to work with the local talent and showcase that as much as possible where we can.
What's coming up this year?:
When we reopen we be focussing on showcasing some of our current and new artists.
