How do you describe your Gallery?:
Made in the Marches is a cooperatively run artisan venue to celebrate and showcase the work of both established and emerging artists and makers, living and creating in the Marches of Herefordshire, Shropshire and Powys and the Welsh Borders. Themed and seasonal exhibitions offer a diverse and changing collection of art and craft, reflecting the talent and essence of the region.
Do you specialise in any particular artform or craft?:
We exhibit art work in a wide range of media: Paintings, Prints and other wall art; Ceramics; Stone, Metal, Wood, Willow and Mixed Media sculpture, Jewellery, Textiles and wearable art and more. We also stock a large and inspiring range of cards and art materials.
What's important to you when you choose whose work to exhibit and sell?:
We work with artists living and working in the Welsh Marches, and our exhibitions celebrate the beauty and value of the natural world. We strive to promote emerging artists as well as featuring established artisans.
