How would you describe the work you do and why?: 

A lot of my paintings are inspired by botany and Nature. I also love abstract art.
I also fuse and slump glass usually in abstract design

For you what does being an artist mean?: 

Everything. I consider myself lucky to love art and all it’s aspects as you are always inspired by your surroundings and Nature. Art is an ongoing learning subject which benefits everyone. Art for Health is the area I work in

Describe what you call yourself/your practice?: 


Your practice & activities include e.g workshops, teaching: 

I teach art to people who have mental health problems and also people who have learning difficulties at Garage Art Group

CV & Education, relevant & leading to your artistic practice: 

Academically I achieved a degree in Art with Psychology. I was successful in obtaining a FENTO stage 3. Professionally I realised, researched and have promoted the benefit of art to all. Until recently I was the CEO of Garage Art Group. I stepped down to Deputy CEO and still teach there.

My last most recent exhibitions were h-Art, RBSA, Worcester Museum and Art Gallery, Stratford Art Society.
