How would you describe the work you do and why?:

Lovers of contemporary British arts & crafts can find work by local and nationally established artists and makers, alongside the innovative work of talented newcomers.

Exhibitions are held regularly throughout the year in a variety of media, which provides the opportunity to introduce new young British makers alongside well-known names.

Our Autumn Exhibtion 'When Soft was the Sun' opens on Saturday Septembver 5th. and will continue to the end of October 2020. For more details about this exhibition visit https://oldchapelgallery.co.uk/exhibitions/when-soft-was-the-sun-autumn-...

For you what does being an artist mean?:

It's always a pleasure to get to know our talented artists and makers, many have become friends and we enjoy passing on our knowledge to potential customers - like background info on a particular artist or maker and an anecdote or 2 is always appreciated!

Describe what you call yourself/your practice?:

Old Chapel Gallery, now in it's 31st year, is firmly established as a centre of excellence for casual browsers and serious collectors alike. We are located in the heart of rural Herefordshire, between Kington and Leominster. Pembridge is a key position on the popular North Herefordshire black and white village trail.

Exhibitions in the last 3 years:

Exhibitions tend to fall into seasons and we have an ongoing sculpture exhibiton which opens every May and runs through the year. Collectors will discover an impressive array of work in a wide range of prices at this unique privately-owned gallery, with its professional, relaxed and friendly service.
