How would you describe the work you do and why?: 

My work is vibrant and colourful- I'm inspired a lot by nature and the local area. Wildlife, birds and scenery feature a lot in my work and I use a modern illustration style with nods to traditional folk art.

For you what does being an artist mean?: 

To me, being an artist means I get to spend my time creating, painting and inventing quirky and unusual illustrations. It means I get to spend my time doing something I love and am passionate about.

Describe what you call yourself/your practice?: 

I'm am illustration artist creating quirky paintings, handmade decor and cute gifts.

Your practice & activities include e.g workshops, teaching: 

I run an online etsy shop, attend a lotnof local crafty fairs and illustrate commissions for privage purchase as well as commercial ventures.
