How would you describe the work you do and why?:

My work is a response to the environment it is to be placed in, and often re-purposes material from nearby. I see the garden that the sculpture will be placed in & the sculpture itself as integral to each other & aim to highlight both form and context with my work, with specific and 'light touch' interventions in the landscape

For you what does being an artist mean?:

on a good day it feels a bit like being a secret agent on the track of form itself, and a wonderment at just where or what a piece of whatever will lead or reveal
