How would you describe the work you do and why?: 

I love being outdoors in the garden or travelling, I photograph everything that inspires me then translate the images into artworks. I'm inspired by nature and the natural form.I love learning new techniques and often combine these in my designs.

For you what does being an artist mean?: 

Being an artist means that I can express my feelings by creating things. When I am in my studio I am happy. Working with beautiful things pay tribute to the natural world, they remind me to slow down and help me reconnect with nature.

Describe what you call yourself/your practice?: 

I am a mixed media artist and I love to experiment, every piece I make is different.

I have taught printmaking to adults with learning difficulties.
